Love these images Petter!
Last week I was fortunate enough to spend a great 30 mins or so with Sam & Paul. We used their new home as the back drop for their pre-wedding shoot; which they will move in to later this year. Barnsdale Hall Hotel in Rutland will play host to their wedding day. This photo shoot had particular meaning for Sam & Paul because 'The Lodge' will become their forever home later in the year after much time spent renovating and building. So this shoot was serve as a lasting memory of the time they have spent together
We caught the beautiful soft fading light on a crisp April evening in the fens ...despite appearances it was actually pretty cold so credit goes to Ian and Karen who despite the cold factor kept on smiling and made the shoot a lot of fun!
As part of our consultation meeting we shot a short series of pre-wedding photographs in Orton Hall's grounds using the snow drop covered wood area ....I'm really looking forward to shooting the full size Spitfire replica, on their wedding day which was used in the new Hollywood blockbuster 'The Monuments Men' starring George Clooney and Hugh Bonneville of Downton Abbey fame.
Sam & Matt's engagement shoot ahead of their wedding at Hinchingbrooke house this coming November .... I mixed things up a little for them resulting in a collection of intimate, relaxed unposed shots with some bolder images and couple which hopefully have a glimmer of humour running them.
Alex & Michelle's overriding wish was for their photographs to not only be unposed and natural...but that they really capture the essence, surroundings and detail of their wedding day too...... The wedding reception marquee had a classic and relaxed quality, attention to detail was evident everywhere you looked. See More.
